Program Note
Anthem was composed in 2012 to celebrate the career and retirement of Michael Mucci, respected music educator and longtime director of the Longmeadow High School Orchestra, Wind Ensemble, Concert Band, and Jazz Band.

Premiered by the Longmeadow High School String Orchestra in 2013.
